General directions for registration for the Congress
A person can register for both days or for one day. We have special prices for ESVONC members and for attendees of the OT2016. These special prices are for the full congress only.
Payment can be made by Ideal, Mister Cash or Paypal.
Ideal payments can ONLY be made with a Dutch bankaccount.
Mister Cash is for attendees with a Belgian bankaccount.
If you do not have a Dutch or Belgian bankaccount, please choose Paypal in the webshop.
After registration a confirmation will be sent to you. Only after the SDK receives the congress fee a full confirmation including an invoice will be mailed to you.
Students enjoy a rate reduction: two days € 200,- (one day € 125,-)
Full congress registration for ESVONC members or visitors of OT2016 is €325,-
We have made changes in the webshop. Most important change is the acceptance of paypal payments. This year we also included Mister Cash for our Belgian collegues. This means we do not accept bank transfers !!
When you have selected the item in the shop you want, you can use your name and password from last year. In case you are new to the shop or you forgot, you can always register again.
Because of the study credit point system we need to register each person seperately. Of course you can order congress attendance for more paticipants in the shop, but be aware we also need the details for the second or third person. With the registration reservations can be made for the congress dinner. For the participant and for a possible spouse. Costs are € 40,- per person.
There are no registration costs.
In case of cancellation before January the 15th we will return your fee minus € 50,- handling costs. After January the 15th no restitution will be possible. All cancellations must be done by e-mail .
During recess lunch and refreshments will be available for all attendees. On the first day of the congress there will be a dinner in the evening. Partners are welcome to join us during this dinner. Special dietary requests must be made known in advance: please see the registration form.
The congress will be held at the wonderful congress hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten (KdK), in the heart of the Netherlands (http://www.kontaktderkontinenten.nl/conferentiehotel/home.aspx ), Soesterberg. On the website of KdK you can find the address and driving directions.

After filling in the correct arrival date, departure date and number of guests per room, please fill in the corporate code Treffen2017 to check availability for the congress.
Attendees can also make hotel reservations at the hotel "De Biltsche Hoek" ( www.biltschehoek.com ). Unfortunately the reduced rate is not possible here.
The following terms apply to all activities organised by the Vereniging voor Samenwerkende Diergeneeskundige Kankercentra ( to be referred to as SDK):
Registration for SDK-activities will be dealt with in order of reception.
Registration is not binding for the SDK until confirmed by the SDK in writing or by e-mail.
By registering you agree to the common terms of the SDK.
By registering you agree to pay for participating in the activities, within the period, indicated on the invoice. See also terms of cancellation.
The SDK has the right to change the minimum or maximum number of participants without notice.
The SDK has the right to refuse registrations.
The SDK doesn't take any responsibility nor liability in case of accidents, loss or damage to property, nor the consequences of cancelling or changing her activities.
In case of cancellation of activities the SDK will refund paid registration fee. Compensation does not apply in the case of force majeure.
When the SDK needs to move the activity, without the participant being the cause, the participant gets the choice of participation in the activity on the new date or venue or to receive a refund of registration fee and thereby cancelling registration.
In case of force majeure (for instance fire, disasters, evacuation ) the SDK has no obligation to refund (parts of) the registration fee.
Terms of cancellation for all SDK activities:
In case of cancellation more than 3 weeks before start of the activity the SDK charges an amount of €50,- administration costs, but further registration fee will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the start of the activity no refunds will be made.
When a participant is not able to attend the planned activity it is allowed by the SDK to change registration to another person. In these cases notice must be given 76 hours before start of the activity and a €25,- administration fee will be charged.
All cancellations need to be done in writing (or email) and addressed to de SDK treasurer. Date of reception of these writings by the SDK secretary/treasurer is defining.
Complaints about the organisation or contents of the activities that may have consequences for the SDK need to be addressed to the SDK secretary within 2 weeks after ending of the activity. The SDK is not liable when these complaints are received after this period.
In case of lack of payment of the registration fee the SDK will charge extra interest and possible fees for the recovery of payments.
The SDK is not liable for consequences of possible printing or spelling mistakes in material used in SDK-activities.
